French billionaire and politician Olivier Dassault was killed when his helicopter crashed.
Olivier Dassault, 69, the son of industrialist Serge Dassault, was killed in the Calavdos area of Normandy, northern France.
French President Emanuel Macron said goodbye to Olivier Dassault on Twitter. “Industry leader, deputy, local elected official, reserve commander in the air force: throughout his life he never stopped serving our country, taking advantage of it. His sudden death is a great loss. “The thoughts are with his family and relatives,” wrote the French head of state.
