Mourning in the music world as the great guitarist and founding member of the band, then Jerico, Scott Taylor lost the battle against cancer.
Taylor was diagnosed with a brain tumor two years ago, in a very aggressive way. The battle was uneven and Scott unfortunately lost it, as the band announced via Instagram.
“We just learned about the tragic news of Scott’s death. He had been ill for two years and had been hospitalized a few weeks earlier. We had no time to say goodbye. We sent our condolences to his wife, Miranda, and their two daughters. We We laugh and cry together. We will miss him forever. Thank you for all the good music, “the band said.
Later, Jerico was formed in the early 1980s and released his first album in 1987. The big leap was made with the album “The Big Area”, which went platinum and rose to number 13 on the charts.
