Mr. Krommidas spoke about the serious difficulties they faced due to bad weather. His house was without electricity for two days, and one day without water, and his only source of heating was the fireplace.

The practical problems
Regarding the practical problems that arose, Mr. Krommidas revealed that due to lack of light the refrigerators in the house did not work: “The problem was the refrigerator that we had to remove all the food and bury it in the snow so that it would not spoil”.
But also her daughter’s inability to attend her school’s online lessons: “For two days without power, our daughter couldn’t even attend her school’s online lessons. “Imagine getting in the car and charging our cell phones.”
