Breaking news dangerous weather events that will affect Crete, he Cyclades Y Dodecanese issued by EMY.
THE bad weather manifested in the southern island country with heavy rain and thunderstorms and in places hailstorms, will continue today Wednesday (10-21-2020), while a gradual weakening of the phenomena is expected as of Thursday (10-22-2020).

1. Crete until Thursday night.
2. The Cyclades, mainly the western ones, until noon on Thursday.
3. The Dodecanese until Thursday morning.

For today, Wednesday, October 21, 2020, clouds with rains mainly in the east and south of the continent and the islands of the country, in Evia and the Sporades. Electrical storms will occur mainly over the sea.
The temperature, according to meteo.gr, it will vary from -1 to 16 degrees in Western Macedonia, in the rest of northern Greece and Thessaly from 5 to 22, in Epirus from 6 to 24 degrees, in the rest of the continent from 9 to 23, in the Ionian Islands from 15 at 23 degrees, and in the island parts of the Aegean 15 to 24 degrees Celsius, while in northern Crete the maximum will be 2 to 4 degrees lower.
Winds in the Aegean will blow from the north with intensities of up to 7 beauforts and in some places 8 beauforts. In the Ionian the winds will blow from the east with intensities of up to 6 Beaufort, but in the warm hours of the day they will temporarily turn northwest with the same intensities.
