G. Vroutsis: Today E-EFKA pays extraordinary aid to 104,721 retirees – We solve problems and pending issues of the past

The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs in collaboration with e-EFKA pays today with a payment payment, the amounts owed in 101,551 cases of current retirees for debts related to the extraordinary financial support of May 2019.

As of that date, the pensions of the specific cases had not been granted, that is, their award was pending for many years and, therefore, their extraordinary reinforcement could not be specified.

The current administration of e-EFKA proceeded to the final award of all these pensions and thus realized the extraordinary financial support to which they were entitled.

The total payment of the 101,551 cases that currently receive urgent aid is 24,509,971 euros. Likewise, financial support will be received by 3,170 cases of uninsured pensioners and beneficiaries of the OPEKA social solidarity subsidy for the elderly. These amounts will be paid until Friday 4/12 in the accounts of the beneficiaries.

In a consistent, methodical and efficient manner, the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs responds to all the outstanding questions of the past and solves problems and pathogenesis of decades.
