Earthquake Now: An earthquake measuring 4.3 on the Richter scale, according to the automatic solution of the European-Mediterranean Seismological Institute (EMSC), occurred at dawn on Wednesday (9/9), at 00:57, in a Mar de Marbles area.
The focal depth of the earthquake, according to the EMSC estimate, is estimated at 12 km.
The exact epicenter of the vibration is 138 km southwest of Istanbul, 129 km southeast of Alexandroupolis and 19 km northwest of the island of Marmara (Proikonisos).
For its part, the American Institute of Geophysics (USGS) gives the earthquake at 4.3 Richter.
The earthquake affected various parts of Greece and Turkey.
