In Thessaloniki, where both patients and healthcare professionals struggle to cope with dramatic pressure from hospitals, 774 new cases were announced today -on Wednesday the cases in the Macedonian capital had shot up to 905, however, the highest number may have come as a result of the incorporation of results.
At the same time, the number of three-digit cases registered in seven other regional units is worrying, namely in Serres with 156 new cases, in Larissa with 155, in Pella with 149, in Drama with 112, in Imathia with 109, in Magnesia with 107 and in Pieria with 103.
