The Prosecutor’s Office announced a charge of infringement of the arms law up to the degree of felony against the 42-year-old tenant of the Koukaki warehouse, which the antiterrorist police found explosively.
The 42-year-old man’s two co-defendants, a man and a woman, were indicted for the misdemeanor of violating the gun law.
The three detainees after the antiterrorist operations were brought before the Public Prosecutor’s Office shortly after 7:00 p.m. under a strong police force. All three wore white vests and handcuffs and were accompanied by a team from the Counter-Terrorism Service.
According to the Athens Agency, the defendants, due to the relevance of the case, but also because restrictive conditions are envisaged for the offense, were referred to the investigator to whom they requested and received a deadline for their apologies.
The three defendants were waiting in court for about 40 people who shouted slogans during their transfer to the Prosecutor’s Office. Those gathered were prohibited from entering the courts.
