A 45-year-old woman of Franco-Algerian origin, accused of premeditated murder, was unanimously found guilty of killing her partner with small scissors.
In fact, she was sentenced to life in prison without extenuating circumstances.
The murder took place in July 2019, at a hotel in Tsoutsoura, Heraklion, and the trial of the case was completed in the Heraklion Mixed Jury Court at noon on Tuesday.
She denied what authorities attributed to her, claiming that the 56-year-old Got hurt mortal. In addition, the 45-year-old woman had claimed after her arrest that her partner had tried in the past to end her life, according to neakriti.gr.
