The pandemic in our country remains well. In the last 24 hours, 240 new cases were registered, of which 42 are related to known outbreaks and 34 were detected after controls at the country’s entry gates. The total number of cases is 14,978, of which 55.7% are men.
A small decrease (65) was observed in our fellow citizens who are treated by intubation. Their average age is 69 years. 21 (32.3%) are women and the rest are men.
Finally, we have 4 more deaths registered and 331 deaths in total in the country.

There are 240 new laboratory-confirmed cases of the disease, of which 42 are associated with known outbreaks and 34 were detected after controls at the gates of the country. The total number of cases amounts to 14,978 (daily variation + 1.6%), of which 55.7% are men. There are 4 new deaths of COVID-19 patients, while since the beginning of the epidemic a total of 331 deaths have been recorded. The median age of the patients who died was 78 years. The number of patients treated by intubation is 65 (67.7% men).
Of the total of 14,978 cases, 2,576 (17.2%) are considered related to travel from abroad, 6297 (42.0%) are related to a known case and the rest are not related to travel or any other known case or they are still under investigation. The average age of the cases is 39 years (range 0 to 102 years), while the average age of death is 78 years (range 35 to 102 years).
