The “jump” of the pandemic and its tendency to spread COVID-19 it is of great concern to health authorities.

Also, the concern there is also for Thessaloniki where there is a continuous increase in cases, the relative ratio in the last ten days being 35 cases per 100,000 inhabitants with an upward trend.
At the same time, exceeding this limit up to φορές three times and the epidemiological burden in Kozani, Ioannina and Kastoria.
During the four days from October 14 to 18, 1,875 bodies were identified COVID-19 which means 468 cases per day, when this number was 364 patients every day of the week from October 7 to 14 and 353 in the immediately preceding seven days.
The mentioned increase is approaching 30% and may indicate a significant uptrend and a faster approach to the limit of 600 cases per day that is considered the limit, the exceeding of which will lead to a local or general “quarantine”.
The death rate has doubled
In the last four days, 40 people have died from coronavirus, which means an average of 10 deaths per day, while this figure was 6.4 in the previous week and 4.7 in the first seven days of October. In other words, the average daily death rate appears to have doubled in almost 10 days.
So in recent weeks there has been a large increase in cases, in proportion to the population of the areas in Ioannina, Kozani but also Kastoria.
THE Athena has an average of 178 cases per day even if it exceeds 187 (that is, only nine more) will be in a state of maximum vigilance with additional restrictive measures.
