Liabilities outside the home

Obligations outside the home should, as far as possible, be limited to what is absolutely necessary, such as a visit to a supermarket, pharmacy or doctor. Preferably, these tasks should be performed by people with lower risk of more serious disease. The use of the mask and the observance of social distances are necessary when work outside the home cannot be avoided.

In addition, the use of public transport should be avoided as far as possible and, if there is no alternative, distances of at least two meters should be maintained and contact with surfaces within the MMM should be avoided. Proper hand hygiene is essential. When boarding a car with people from different families, the necessary distances must be maintained and adequate ventilation inside the vehicle must be ensured.

Measurements inside the house

High-risk people should avoid caring for young children in any family if possible. If this is not possible, children should not come into contact with people outside the family. Also, high-risk people should avoid caring for family members who are sick. Ideally, when a family member develops symptoms, they should isolate themselves in a private room and use a private bathroom.

If it is necessary to use the same room with someone who is ill with more than one person, a good ventilation of the space and the placement of a natural barrier between the patient and the rest must be ensured. In the case of a shared bathroom, the patient must disinfect the bathroom surfaces after each use. It is also recommended that patients eat separately from the rest of the family.
