Another man died of coronavirus in Greece, raising the death toll to 314.

In Attica, 60% of ICU beds have been covered by Covid-19 patients
Infectious Diseases Professor Charalambos Gogos spoke about a “dynamic flow of continuous cases” in Attica.
Speaking about THEMA 104.6 himself, he explained the reasons why additional horizontal measures are expected to be taken for the coronavirus.
As he has said, in fact, “the coverage of beds in Attica in relation to the rest of Greece is clearly higher and stands at around 60% in relation to existing ICU beds”.
He also explained that “there are a number of beds that have not been opened.”
Trying to explain why it is in “red”, Attica said that “this situation is due to the dispersion of the younger ages in the summer”. This age of 20-30 combined with the relaxation of the 40s moved the curve to the 50s and brings the most severe cases to the later ages. There are several patients under the age of 60. “The seriously ill have an average of about 70 years.”
