The authorities imposed a fine of 10,000 euros on a nursing home in Korydallos for failure to comply with protection measures for the coronavirus.
In particular, yesterday, Monday August 31, at 6.30 p.m. the control unit of the Interservice Market Control Unit (DIMEA) in execution of a pertinent control order from the Secretary General of Commerce and Consumer Protection Panagiotis Stampoulidis, addressed nursing home situated in Korydallo, where during the audit he found the following:
– the daily personnel measurement file is not displayed
– no alcohol solution at the entrance of the nursing home
He was imposed on the nursing home administrative fine of 10,000 euros. It is observed that the capacity of this nursing home exceeds 40 beneficiaries.
the controls in the Elderly Units They are carried out daily by mixed units of EODY, EAD but also DIMEA units under the coordination of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, the General Secretariat for Citizen Protection and the General Secretariat for Consumer Protection.
