Within the boundaries: a) of the Crete and East Macedonia and Thrace Regions, b) of the Regional Units of Thessaloniki, Halkidiki, Larissa, Corfu, Karditsa, Trikala, Pella, Pieria, Kilkis, Lesbos and Imathia and c) of Thimon , M Volos, Katerini, Rhodes, Zakynthos, Kos, Paros and Antiparos a maximum of fifty (50) participants is established in any public or social event, regardless of whether it takes place in private or public, indoor or outdoor, including ceremonies such as weddings, baptisms, funerals, as well as receptions or other events associated with these ceremonies.
In the cases of the previous paragraph, the norms that have been established with the joint ministerial decision in points D1a / GP.53080 / 28.8.2020 (Β ‘3611) will apply, as in each case, as well as those established by the second article. this. The joint ministerial decision under the elements Δ1α / Γ.Π.οικ.52831 / 27.8.2020 (Β ‘3573), which is in force from time to time, will not be affected by the application of this document. The first paragraph limit does not include support staff for these events.
Paragraph 1 does not cover: a) the operation of stores of interest to health in paragraph 1 of the second article hereof, b) live entertainment and listening events (such as theater, dance and music performances) and c ) movie projection services.

In case of infringement of the provisions of paragraph 1, the following sanctions are imposed: a) Natural persons who attend the events of paragraph 1 or participate in them, as the case may be, for each infraction, with a motivated act from the competent authority, administrative fine of one hundred fifty (150) euros. b) Companies that organize events in section 1 are imposed, with a justified act of the competent authority, for the first offense an administrative fine of three thousand (3,000) euros and for the second offense an administrative fine of five thousand (5,000) euros and suspension of operation for fifteen. (15) calendar days. c) In the case of natural persons who organize events in section 1, an administrative fine of three thousand (3,000) euros will be imposed, with a motivated act of the competent authority, for the first offense and an administrative fine of five thousand (5,000) euros per the second offense.
Special rules for the operation of health food stores.
The operation of health facilities located within the boundaries: a) of the Crete and East Macedonia and Thrace Regions, b) of the Regional Units of Thessaloniki, Larissa, Corfu, Karditsa and Trikala and c) of the Municipalities of Thira, Volos, Katerini, Rhodes, Kos, Paros and Antiparos are prohibited from 12.00 midnight until 7.00 am. the next day. The ban covers the activities of restaurant services and mobile catering units / KAD 56.10, catering / KAD 56.30 and catering for events (catering) KAD 56.21 including these eight-digit numbers, as well as the operation of the property for events and events) / KAD 93.29.11.03 and organization of entertainment events (weddings and the like) / KAD 93.29.19.01.
The activities of the previous paragraph are allowed within the limits of the regions, regional units and municipalities of the first paragraph and during the period specified there only during the part related to the distribution of products (delivery) and supply of products in a package from the store (to take away), observing the distance of one and a half meters (1.5) between customers and excluding, however, the supply of alcoholic beverages from all stores that carry out the activities occupied by the present KAD.
The special rules of section 1 include similar activities provided within the tourist accommodation.
In case of violation of the provisions of section 1, the following is imposed: (a) In the first violation, an administrative fine of ten thousand (10,000) euros and suspension of operation for three (3) days and (b) in the second violation, within the term of validity of this, suspension for twenty (20) days.
The joint ministerial decision in accordance with points Δ1α / Γ.Π.οικ.56418 / 14.9.2020 (Β ‘3927), which is in force from time to time, will not be affected by the application hereof. Within the scope of the above decision, it is not allowed to provide products in a store package (to go).
