The news of the death of two young people, among dozens more, from a coronavirus has caused a commotion.
On Wednesday night (12/23) a 28-year-old man who was hospitalized at Patras University Hospital without any underlying disease, while a 24-year-old man in Larissa, who was facing obesity problems, finished.
Seven deaths between 43 and 59 years of age from coronavirus in 24 hours without underlying diseases
The fact that seven patients aged 43 to 59 died in the last 24 hours has alarmed experts.
Even more concerning is that none of the seven had underlying diseases.
According to OREN, five of the unfortunate patients were hospitalized in Thessaloniki and two in Larissa and Alexandroupolis.
Of the total of 937 new cases of the new virus announced on Wednesday in Greece, 15 were imported and 5 were identified after checks at the country’s gateways.
261 of them were located in the Attica region and 212 in the Thessaloniki region.
