The National Public Health Organization (EODY) announced on Tuesday afternoon (1/12) that the new laboratory confirmed that coronavirus cases are 866, of which 12 were identified after checks at the doors country of entry.
The total number of cases is 146020, of which 52.2% men. During the follow-up it was found that 5,651 (3.9%) are considered related to travel from abroad and 44,252 (30.3%) are related to a known case.

We have 27 new deaths by the COVID-19 disease, reaching 5329 deaths in total in the country, of which 3149 (59.1%) men. The mean age of our deceased fellow citizens was 79 years and 95.5% had an underlying disease and / or were 70 years or older.
