Coronavirus: 310 new cases in Greece – Record in Attica – Health

The coronavirus epidemic in Greece is galloping, with the National Public Health Organization announcing Tuesday afternoon (9/15) 310 new cases of the new virus in the country, of which 30 are related to known outbreaks and 12 were detected after controls at the country’s gateways.

The total number of cases is 13,730, of which 55.4% are men. the It is considered that 2433 (18%) are related to trips from abroad and 5901 (43.1%) are related to an already known case.

To our 67 fellow citizens who are treated by intubation. Their average age is 70 years. 17 (25.3%) are women and the rest are men. 88.1% of intubated patients have an underlying disease or are 70 years or older.

Also 175 patients have been discharged from the ICU.

Finally, we have 3 more deaths registered and 313 deaths in total in the country. 116 (37%) were women and the rest men. The mean age of our deceased fellow citizens was 78 years and 96.2% had an underlying disease and / or were 70 years or older.
