In addition, the genomic analysis of 139 new samples selected for the period from December 21 to 18 was completed. January 2021. The samples come from the Attica region. A total of 16 strains emerged from the control of 139 samples. with worrisome mutations. Of the 16 strains, 12 were found with the B.1.1.7 / UK lineage mutation (Variant VOC_202012) and 4 samples were positive for the variant with deletion in the S gene.
