Cases of coronavirus are in schools even before they open. After the cases of parents and kindergarten employees in Moschato and Trikala, today a cleaner and a teacher were found positive in the primary and secondary schools of Peristeri.

A cleaner tested positive at the 30th primary school in Peristeri, which raised a red flag to local authorities. The municipality closed the school to disinfect it, while tests will be carried out on primary school teachers.
A few hours later, a teacher from High School 16 tested positive for the virus, and city officials implemented all the protocols.
EODY and the Ministry of Education have been informed about the two incidents. The second school cleaner and the person in the lunchroom have been quarantined.
Cases in Crete, Arabissos, Lamia
In addition, cases were recorded in a primary school in Arabissos Pella, where three teachers were found to have tested positive for the coronavirus. In Malevizi Municipality, Crete, where a kindergarten teacher tested positive, five other teachers are in quarantine.
