Dozens of consumers complain to Zougla.gr about excessive charges on the five-digit number 11770 of the PPC service.

According to a website reader who called the five-digit number, they charged him 11.30 euros for waiting half an hour and unable to resolve the problem he had with the electric company.

Already, he agreed with Wind, which has reduced the charge by 47% in the last 24 hours for calls from a landline to a five-digit number.
