Consumers should follow these steps for their in-store purchases:
– order through the e-shop or by phone
– waiting for an SMS from the store to pick up an appointment at a specific time (for example, from 14:00 to 14:30)
the consumer must have sent a movement SMS with code 2 and
have an identification document (identity card, driver’s license) with him, and
– the receipt of the order (including by email) or the SMS of the store
– with the click away, from the moment you send the SMS you will have 2 hours to pick up the product and go home
– No more than 9 people can be in the queues outside the store (at a distance of two meters), while traders must ensure that the wait does not exceed 10 minutes.
– One-click purchases are made exclusively with debit and credit cards (or through NFC systems on mobile phones) through POS and not in cash
– the product is collected outside the store
– There is a possibility of return / exchange within 14 days.
It should be noted that in a company that is, in control, within it with a client, an administrative fine will be imposed – from 2,000 to 50,000 euros depending on the m2. – and at the same time a suspension of operation of 15 to 90 days will be imposed.
The click away service will only be allowed to businesses that have access to the street, therefore not to closed shopping centers and businesses that are located in large buildings, and they must have, if requested by the auditing teams, a detailed list of the traditions of the day.
It is observed that the companies that will operate with the click away means that they remain closed by state order and will normally receive all the benefits and protection measures.
