Regarding the circulation certificates of private sector employees, as well as the self-employed, the self-employed and merchants, nothing has changed in relation to what was mentioned in the previous decision that introduced the general prohibition from 11/07/2020 to 11/30/2020, for so the same applies. .
More specifically, the following applies:
Regarding private sector employees, the certificate is issued to the worker for transfer by the obligated employer, upon presentation of a responsible declaration requesting article 8 of Law 1599/1986 (A ’75) from the employer to the System of Information (PS) “ERGANI” from the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.
By submitting the declaration responsible for the application for the issuance of this certificate by the employer, the employment relationship of the employee with the applicant employer is automatically crossed and certified by PS “ERGANI” and then the certificate is provided by PS “ERGANI”.
In each case, the certificate is issued to the employee no later than their departure and is valid as long as the employee must commute to and from work, during curfew hours, based on their working hours. The confirmation of this case may be valid for a period of up to fourteen (14) days.
In the case of the self-employed, self-employed and merchants, the respective declaration responsible for article 8 of Law 1599/1986 in PS “ERGANI” with the TAXISNET codes is electronically completed by them.
The presentation of the responsible declaration must take place no later than before its movement and must be presented, in printed or electronic form, to the competent auditing bodies.
In any case, alternatives to the above can be obtained on the web in a way. gov.gr and to be completed with the citizen’s permanent circulation certificate (type A). The certificate is provided through the ERGANI Information System or by filling in the form “Employee Traffic Certificate” signed by the employer.
