On the Greek side, the meetings will be attended by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Nikos Dendias, the Minister of Defense Nikos Panagiotopoulos, the Chief of Staff Konstantinos Floros and the director of the Prime Minister’s Diplomatic Office, Ambassador Eleni Sourani.
Finally, at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon, the Prime Minister and the Secretary of State of the United States will visit the archaeological site of Aptera in the presence of the Minister of Culture and Sports, Lina Mendoni.
The US Secretary of State sends a clear message of support from Greek territory for the “3 + 1” scheme, that is, for the Greece-Cyprus-Israel plus the US alliance in the Eastern Mediterranean.
After all, indicative of the earlier message from the American side was the joint declaration of the head of American diplomacy with his Greek counterpart, Nikos Dendias.
