1. For Employees – employees of the private sector, to transfer them, both forms can be legally used as an alternative to issuing the corresponding marketing authorization certificate.
In particular, it is possible in the following two ways:
A) Handwritten certificate type AD (print from https://forma.gov.gr/), completed and signed by the employer, with its physical stamp and provided, under the personal responsibility of the signer, or
B) Marketing authorization certificate for PS ERGANI employees: in https://eservices.yeka.gr/
2. For Members of Management Bodies and Autonomous – El. Professionals and Merchants, for their movement they can use alternatives Both types of Marketing Authorization Certificates, that is, the Certificate issued by PS ERGANI or the type A certificate.
2. For Members of Management Bodies and Freelancers – El. Professionals and Merchants, for reasons of intersection, ONLY the Traffic License Certificates issued by PS ERGANI may be used for their circulation.
3. The Transit License Certificates issued by PS ERGANI also cover movements outside the borders of the regional unit for labor purposes.
4. We inform you that the Marketing Authorization Certificates already issued by PS ERGANI are valid until their expiration date.
