The Judicial Department of the Ethics Committee refers 12 of the 28 accused to the highly praised “Coalition” case, including Vangelis Marinakis, as well as two teams, Olympiakos and Atromitos, the Commission’s investigator, Panagiota Spanou.
According to the “Trial”, after months of delay in the investigation, the member of the Commission considered that there are indications of alteration of the results of the race and refers the case to the Judicial Department, which will decide whether sanctions will be imposed. Any sanction will be decided at a secret conference of the Plenary Session of the EPO Ethics Committee under the chairmanship of the President of the Glykeria Court of First Instance – Louiza Ioannidou.
