Blocking: how to make transfers: what certifications are needed and for where

[ad_1]

And suddenly almost all of Greece will wake up on Saturday morning with a headache. Like a pandemic, it will catch them all. And this will happen because as has been the case lately in the country, and more specifically when the era of the confinement arrives, most of them will have to read and clear many numbers, look for and print certificates and in case they shoot into fields to pick olives, have in a prominent place on the windshield of the estate, a copy of E9.

The truth is that in this year’s bull run, at least in Athens, fewer people will wake up with a headache. This is because a few tens of thousands showed lightning reflections and loaded the car with the supplies they found in the house, and whoever they found in the house, man, dog, cat, and got up to leave. Since their departure on Friday afternoon, it is estimated that they arrived shortly before dawn on Saturday, at their vacation homes near Athens. It was worth it because at least they won’t have to send every third SMS to take a walk in the country. Check out the MEGA video if you don’t believe.

This is a torment that those left behind will face. In this year’s lockdown, there are three options. The third, as we said, is the olive harvest. The first is that you can do five activities with proper SMS approval and also attend a funeral, if things take that turn. Finally, the second option is to go to work, after first looking for and completing the special form, that is, the document that is the culmination of this year, as we said, closure. For the moment we see.

Before listing in detail what the “safe” transition document to work can be found and printed, that is, without eating a fine, let’s point out that we sent the SMS to 13033. There are many similarities with the previous quarantine but as always happens in the periods of quarantine, there is the care of social and family peace that lurks in code 4.

It is the code, something like Pierrakakis 112, which is pressured by people who are in dimension, to go. Where; Usually the response is standardized as confirmation, verification of the request. It will show if the Service requests clarifications and a new SMS. And after noting that to pick olives, young farmers must have the E9 in their pocket, let’s take a closer look at the new codes and documents that will accompany this year’s Christmas closing.

Certificates for private sector employees

Clarifications on the necessary certificates that private sector employees must carry with them, so they can go to work, delivered the Ministry of Labor. Specifically, as the Deputy Minister of Civil Protection, Nikos Hardalias, had said on Friday afternoon, employees must have either the so-called Ergani Traffic License Certificate, or if this is not possible, for a possible wrong system operation, a type A handwritten certificate.

Particularly:

  1. For employees: employees from the private sector in order to be legally used for their movement Alternatively Y two forms regarding the issuance of the corresponding marketing authorization certificate.

In particular, it is possible in the following two ways:

A) Type AD handwritten certificate (print by https://forma.gov.gr/ ), completed and signed by the employer, with its physical stamp and provided, under the personal responsibility of the signer, or

SECOND) Marketing authorization certificate for PS ERGANI Employees: in https://eservices.yeka.gr/

  1. by Members of Management Bodies and Freelancers – El. Professionals and merchants, for intersection purposes, can be used to move them ONLY the marketing authorization certificates issued by PS ERGANI.
  2. The Transit License Certificates issued by PS ERGANI also cover movements outside the boundaries of the regional unit for labor purposes.
  3. We would like to inform you that the Marketing Authorization Certificates already issued by PS ERGANI are valid until their expiration date.

How to send an SMS to 13033

In this year’s quarantine, as we said, travel will only be allowed by sending an SMS to 13033 or by completing the exceptional travel form available at forma.gov.gr or by handwritten certificate (depending on the model) for the following and only reasons:

1. Traveling for health reasons (going to a pharmacy, visiting a doctor or going to a hospital or health center, if recommended after the corresponding communication). In this case, an SMS is sent with the code 1.

2. Go to an operational store for basic supplies, where it is not possible to ship them on time. In this case, code 2 is used in the SMS.

3. Go to a public service, if the electronic or telephone service is not possible only due to urgent needs, prior appointment to which the citizen is informed in writing or electronically and under the additional condition of presenting the above information, as well as to the bank, to the extent that electronic transaction is not possible. To go to a public service or bank, code 3 is used in the SMS.

4. Transfer to provide assistance to persons in need, as well as to transfer a spouse or first degree relative to and from their workplace, if necessary, or to accompany a student to school by a parent or guardian. In these cases (attendance, transfer of spouse or family member to work and accompaniment of student) an SMS is sent with the code 4.

5. Attend a funeral under the conditions provided by law or go to parents who are in a dimension that is necessary to ensure communication between parents and children, in accordance with current provisions. In these cases, code 5 is used in the SMS.

6. Physical exercise in the open air or movement with pets, individually or in pairs of two (2) people, provided that in the latter case the necessary distance of one and a half meters (1.5) is observed. Also a transition for feeding stray animals, if the transition takes place within the municipality of residence of the citizen. In these cases, code 6 is used in the SMS.

In which areas SMS are not valid

As the Deputy Minister of Civil Protection, Nikos Hardalias, said during today’s briefing, exceptions will apply in Samos and Karditsa. As specifically stated, sending SMS for traffic will not be valid on Samos.

Furthermore, in both Samos and Karditsa, the retail and wholesale trade will normally operate in terms of construction services. The reason is the exclusion of these two areas due to recent natural disasters.

Harvesting the olive

With the decision to close and ban intercountry travel to coincide with the start of the olive harvest, the government assured olive growers that special care would be taken.

At 06:00 hours on Saturday morning, a universal quarantine will come into force throughout the country following the announcements of Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis.

“There will be special care for seasonal workers, such as for the olive harvest,” said Mr. Mitsotakis, emphasizing that “the security of primary production and food supply are important.”

Does the tractor leave the prefecture?

However, at this moment the olives are being harvested, a fact that has worried farmers, since they do not know if they can move outside the prefecture to continue their agricultural work.

The primary sector will function normally, as will industrial and manufacturing activities, which means that the movement of workers necessary to complete the olive harvest will normally be carried out with the presentation of a handwritten certificate and the IACS document.

For the olive harvest, as stated by the government spokesperson, Stelios Petsas in SKAI 100.3, workers must have a work certificate from their employer, while in the case of owners and heirs, E9 is required.

The Secretary General for Commerce and Consumer Protection, Panagiotis Stampoulidis, announced special care for those who have to travel to harvest the olives.

During the specialization of the measures for the second closure, Mr. Stampoulidis clarified that the movements of those required to complete the olive harvest are excluded from the prohibitions.

And don’t forget: Fine 300 euros.

Clarifications and strict recommendations for traveling during the confinement were given by the Deputy Minister of Civil Protection, Nikos Hardalias, who highlighted that the fines for infractions have doubled.

Specifically, at 300 euros, instead of 150 euros, starting tomorrow Saturday, the fine for unnecessary travel of citizens in the middle of the confinement. The Vice Minister of Civil Protection affirmed that the police controls will be “sweeping”, asking citizens to limit their movements to what is absolutely necessary, especially during the afternoon hours.
