Since the entry into force of the measure (November 7), a total of 56,744 similar violations have been confirmed.
In addition, 416 offenses for not wearing a mask, etc., related offenses were confirmed and 394 fines of 300 euros and 22 of 150 euros were imposed, as follows: 120 in Attica, 58 in Crete, 42 in the North Aegean , 32 in Western Greece, 30 in the Ionian Islands. , 28 in Central Macedonia, 21 in Central Greece, 17 in Eastern Macedonia and Thrace, 16 in Thessaloniki, 15 in Western Macedonia, 13 in Epirus, 11 in Thessaly, 10 in the Peloponnese and 3 in the South Aegean.
Since the entry into force of the new measures (November 7), a total of 22,325 similar offenses have been confirmed and 21,083 administrative fines of 300 euros and 1,242 of 150 euros have been imposed.
In addition, 19 violations and 7 arrests were confirmed for rules of operation of shops, private companies, etc. violations of relevant legislation (prohibition of operation, no use of mask, percentage of square meter per person, obligation to present to clients only by appointment – clickaway etc.).
In the previous cases, the following administrative fines were imposed for violation of suspension of operation, etc. offenses related to the relevant provisions, namely: In Attica, 5,000 euros and 15 days of suspension in a tavern, 5,000 and 3,000 euros respectively to the owner and temporary manager of a clothing store, 5,000 euros and 15 days of suspension in a store of health, 5,000 and 3,000. respectively to the owner and manager of a convenience store and 5,000 euros and a 15-day suspension of operation in a tavern.
Furthermore, in East Macedonia and Thrace, an individual was fined 5,000 euros for violation of quarantine, in Central Macedonia, 10,000 euros and a 15-day suspension in a snack bar, in Western Macedonia, 3,000 euros and a suspension 15 days in a cafe, from 3,000, in Ή000. euros and 15-day suspension of operation in 3 cafeterias and 5,000 euros and 15-day suspension of operation in one cafe – ouzo. Since the implementation of the new measures (November 7), a total of 517 similar violations have been confirmed and 545 people have been arrested.

Last night, in a rural house in Zakynthos, 9 people were arrested by police officers from the Zakynthos Police Directorate for violating – depending on the case – the legislation on games, explosives and weapons and for not observing the measures for propagation of the coronavirus.
In particular, during the police operation, in the presence of a judicial official, it was found that in a rural house, on a specially designed table, the game of chance “Thanasis” was played with money.
During the search of the house, a total of 3,225 euros, 12 covers, 3 coils of ammonia dynamite and 105 meters of wick were found and seized, while in the vehicle of one of the detainees a shotgun with 4 cartridges was found and seized.

In Argostoli, Cephalonia, two Greeks were arrested last night by police officers of the Kefallinia Police Department for the – depending on the case – crimes of non-compliance with the dispersal measures of Covid -19, illegal possession of weapons and drugs.
In particular, during a police operation, in a house in Argostoli, in the presence of a judicial official, the organization of an event (party) was established, which resulted in the arrest of the owner of the house and the imposition of an administrative fine of 3,000, as an organizer.
At the same time, an administrative fine of 300 euros was imposed on the 6 Greeks, participating in the party, for violating the traffic restriction. During the raid on the organizer’s house, two shotguns and a 12-round assault rifle, which he illegally possessed, as well as a small amount of raw cannabis, which he possessed together with the second national, were found and confiscated. The preliminary investigation was carried out by the Argostoli Security Department.
An individual, the organizer of a private rally, was arrested in Lefkada for failure to comply with the “COVID-19” dispersal measures. At the same time, he was fined 3,000 euros, while another 6 administrative fines of 300 euros were confirmed to the participants in the rally.
In Evia, a fine of 3,000 euros was imposed on an individual for bringing more than 9 people together at his home and a fine of 300 euros on the participants.
Finally, two violations were confirmed for not completing the electronic form PLF (Passenger Locator Form) by a traveler, while since the implementation of the new measures (November 7), a total of 20 similar violations have been confirmed. Inspections continue without diminishing intensity for the protection of public health.
