You received a notification from Facebook when you came Delivery courier and Instagram that there are some functions that are not available? If so, these are the reasons.
Since the beginning of the week, the Facebook informs users in Delivery courier and Instagram, that some possibilities are temporarily unavailable.
Users can see a small message notifying them that some features have been temporarily disabled due to new messaging regulations in Europe.
The social media giant does not detail all the features that have been disabled, but according to some company support pages these are as follows:
- Stickers on Instagram
- Surveys on Instagram and Facebook
- Personalized responses are not possible in Messenger
All of the above are temporarily unavailable in Europe.
At the same time, users may notice that they no longer have the ability to send files of a certain type to Messenger and that their app aliases may have disappeared.
Finally, the ability to send AR filters to personal Instagram messages is also temporarily suspended.
Facebook’s decision comes in an effort to align the two apps with privacy and electronic communications guidelines, which impose stricter data usage rules on communications services operating in European Union countries.
The company has yet to announce when specific features will return, however tech websites report that this will be done very soon.
