Six months after the double murder that unfolded in Suburb of AnogiaWhere Lefteris Kalomiris, 63, and George Xylouris, 30, fell dead, there is a new development in the case.
According to your information cretapost.gr, the results of the ballistic examination came out of the forensic laboratories of Athens, which give the answer to the biggest question of the double murder. What bullet, in the end, killed the well-known 63-year-old mantinadologist, Lefteri Kalomiri.
It is recalled that after the double murder, the Kalomiris side claimed that the crime scene had been “mocked” while the weapon handed over by the Xylouris family was not the one used in the deadly fight.
By contrast, the Xylouris family claimed that George, 30, did not shoot and that Lefteris Kalomiris’ 29-year-old son Manolis shot Xylouris and killed his father.
The answer, however, according to the information, came from the forensic laboratories of Athens and it seems that the bullet found in the body of Lefteris Kalomiris came from George Xylouris’s gun.
In fact, Lefteris Kalomiris was assassinated first and then George Xylouris.
“It is a justification for the accused”
The cretapost contacted the lawyer of M. Kalomiris, 29, Dionysis Verra, who claimed that the ballistic examination is a justification for the accused.
“Ballistics has been announced since yesterday. We were absolutely right in what we said. From the first moment we said to be patient and let the researchers and analysts do their work and the truth will shine through.
It is a justification for the defendants and now we are going to court, ”Dionysis Verras, the lawyer for M. Kalomiris, 29, told cretapost.
