The regional governor of Attica calls on all municipalities to mobilize them immediately.
“The immediate mobilization of all is necessary, to protect in the best possible way the life and property of the residents of Attica”, underlines the regional governor of Attica, G. Patoulis, in his urgent letter to the mayors, whom he asks an immediate mobilization to address impending bad weather.
In particular, Mr. Patoulis asks to ensure that all wells on his road network have been cleaned and to give immediate priority to those who have problems with flooding.
It is observed that, by order of him, the technical teams of the Region have intensified the autopsies since yesterday morning, which are already carried out daily throughout the year, in the streams of Attica that are in high-risk areas.
