Ministry of Finance and AADE: As of 1.4.2021, the mandatory transmission of documents on the myDATA platform begins

In modifying the joint decision of the Deputy Minister of Finance, Mr. Apostolos Vesyropoulos, and the Commander of the Independent Public Revenue Authority, Mr. George Pitsilis, postponed until 1/4/2021 the beginning of the mandatory digital transmission on the Electronic Books-myDATA platform for all companies and for documents issued after this date.

Following requests from market participants and taking into account the general problems due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it was considered necessary to grant the 1st quarter of 2021 as additional time for training and adaptation of companies to the operation of myDATA.

It is clarified that the documents that will be issued by companies in the 1st quarter of 2021, must also be transmitted to the myDATA platform, with a different deadline and specifically no later than 10/31/2021, in order to form the complete image of each company in electronic format. books for 2021.
