The amendment is expected to be voted on tomorrow and clarifies that the company that will carry out a new hire or new hires, one or more times, must responsibly declare that:

a) you are informed of taxes and insurance or have settled any debt confirmed with the State and e-EFKA,

b) that will retain on average the same number of employees during the subsidy period of the new job

The positions that are covered by the 6 months of the subsidy are “Active jobs in the company at the time of publication of the law in the Official Gazette, including those that have been suspended, increased by the number of new subsidized labor contracts.”

The following are excluded from the term “same number of employees”:

– Those who resign

– Those who retire
– Those with fixed-term contracts that expire in 6 months
