The temporary prohibition of the performance, in the presence of natural persons and without prejudice to paragraph 3, all kinds of services, worship services, rituals and all kinds of religious ceremonies for all, without exception, places of religious worship (all kinds and all legal, normal and in a religious regime of temples and chapels, places of worship, mosques, synagogues, etc.) of all denominations and religions, regardless of size and capacity, throughout the State, for reasons of health precaution public.
2. It is allowed, under the responsibility of the legally religious official, the attendance of natural persons, for individual prayer and their short stay in the place of worship.
The total number of attendees within the places of worship is determined according to the proportion of one (1) person per area of 10 square meters and with a minimum distance of one and a half (1.5) between them.
In the event that the area of the place of worship exceeds 500 square meters, the maximum number of attendees is established at fifty (50).
The calculation in the preceding paragraph exclusively includes the area of the main / useful space that serves the needs of worship and does not include the surfaces of any other adjacent main areas of the property serving non-worship activities (eg, seminars and areas recreation), any auxiliary spaces (for example, offices, warehouses), bathrooms, public services, etc.
The faithful must ensure that the maximum total number, the previous proportion of physical persons / square meters, the distance between them and all the necessary hygiene measures are observed at all times, especially in terms of practices and objects that used for demonstrations of religious wisdom.
At the entrances to places of worship there are necessarily two antiseptic stations for the use of visitors.
Antiseptic hand sanitizer is mandatory for all visitors upon entering the place of worship. During the stay at the place of worship, it is recommended to wear a protective cloth mask for visitors.
To serve them, in a prominent place in each place of worship, care should be taken with the necessary sanitary equipment (tissue or paper towels, etc.).
It is necessary to frequently clean and disinfect the surfaces touched by many natural persons (for example, handrails, handles, etc.). Containers should be placed at the exits of places of worship for the disposal of used sanitary equipment.
Under the responsibility of the legally religious official, a system of controlled entry of natural persons to the place of worship is applied, to avoid overcrowding and observe the distance of one and a half meters (1.5) between them.
The applicant for the waiting control system at the entrances to places of worship must have all the necessary protection means (for example, mask, gloves). Natural ventilation of places of worship, as long as they are open to individual prayer, is mandatory.
In case of using artificial air conditioning, natural ventilation must be guaranteed with doors and windows open at the same time. If someone has symptoms of the disease, they should be removed from the place of worship, taking the necessary precautions.
If it cannot be removed immediately, it should be temporarily isolated until it is safely removed, avoiding contact with others. For this purpose, a special space must be provided with ventilation, masks, disposable tissues, a plastic bag for disposal, and hand sanitizer.
3. In the case of services, worship services, rituals or any type of religious ceremony, they are performed exclusively by religious / religious officials / officials and the necessary auxiliary personnel (such as psalmist, nun), the total number of which does not exceed four ( 4) for all places of worship, except for the Sacred Temples in which the Metropolitan officiates, where the maximum number is established at six (6) and under the conditions of observance:
a) the proportion of one (1) person for every 10 m2. surface with a minimum distance of one and a half meters (1.5) between them, also
b) the preventive hygiene measures established, as specifically specified in paragraph 2, to avoid transmission of the COVID-19 crown.

4. 5. The above prohibitions and obligations also apply to places of worship located within public, municipal, charitable or other services, shops and facilities (eg, psychiatric hospitals and hospitals, nursing homes, boarding schools, cemeteries, camps). .
Exceptionally performed services, worship services, rituals, or any type of religious ceremonies provided for in paragraph 3 shall not be permitted in places of worship located within private property, buildings, and businesses (for example, housing complexes, centers of events, hotels).
6. The Sacred Monasteries, Monasteries, Hermitages and other places of abandonment within the Territory, during the period of time mentioned above, do not accept the public on organized or individual pilgrimage visits.
