Retail opens on Monday (04/05) in most of the country, with a new five-digit number entering our lives. This is 13032, to which we will have to send an SMS to make our purchases in stores.
It should be noted that the stores will not be definitively opened in Thessaloniki, Acaya and Kozani due to the high epidemiological burden, as suggested by the infectious diseases committee after an extraordinary meeting on Friday evening (02/04).
The steps
Initially we must make an appointment with the store electronically or by phone and have a receipt of the appointment from the company either by SMS or email that we must show in case of control along with our identity.
Then we send an SMS to 13032, which does not need a code and is free and must have the following information:
- Full name
- Direction
- Region
Then we get the following response: “Move to store”
Please note that in SMS to 13032 there is a cutter, as we can only send once every 24 hours, while it is valid for 3 hours.
If someone sends a second message, they will receive a negative response that says, “Your move is not possible, one move per day is allowed.”
Likewise, for movement to stores in the previous way, movement from municipality to municipality is allowed, something that is still prohibited by code 2 of 13033, that is, for movement to supermarkets, convenience stores, etc.
At the same time, in retail stores we can buy in two ways:
