According to the plan, all the services of the ministries will be transferred to a single space owned by the Greek state, while this is a measure that will contribute to the savings of 60 million euros per year.
The area that housed the PYRKAL defense industry factory and services extends to approximately 160 acres in the Dafni-Ymittos Municipality and is located near the Gymnastics Academy. An important part will become a park and will be handed over to the citizens, while the rest will house the ministries.
