The recommendations of the experts so far are detailed:

However, the prevailing scenario with the data so far is that hair salons, beauty centers and limb care centers will install blinds with strict protection and hygiene measures for the first time on March 22.
For retail, the opening on March 29 is preferred, if the epidemiological data allow it with physical presence and not with the click away or click in shop method.
It is noted that when the stores open, customers will be able to visit them by sending SMS to 13032. The SMS to 13032 may take three hours and the new five-digit number is ready, but it will be implemented when the stores open.
