The 16 arrested during yesterday’s incidents in Nea Smyrni are charged with serious crimes, and one of them is in fact charged with attempted murder, according to the latest GADA reports.

The arrested person, with the file formed by the Sub-Directorate of State Security of the Security Directorate of Attica, will be taken today to the Public Ministry of Athens. It is also observed that 11 people were admitted, who were released after their examination, while 10 policemen were injured, three of whom remain in the hospital for treatment.
