The crises of the Greek Police brigade members by the Supreme Council of the Corps were completed late at night, while once the vacancies were filled, the placements of the lieutenants general were carried out by the chief, Lieutenant General Michalis Karamalakis.
Lieutenant General Paraskeva Sanidas, who until today was the Deputy Director General of GADA, and Lazaros Mavropoulos, Director General of Thessaloniki, have been appointed Director General of Attica, while Lieutenant General Petros Tzeferis remains Director of Security of Attica.
The Supreme Crisis Council promoted five brigade members to the rank of lieutenant general to fill vacancies, while demobilizing a total of 12 and considered that the remaining 57 (48 general duties and nine special duties) would be maintained.
The Council considered that the Brigadiers General of General Duties would be promoted to the rank of Lieutenant General:
Nikolaos Skartsis, Lambros Papadopoulos, Emmanouil Dourvetaki, Apostolos Martzaklis and Paschalis Syritoudis.
It is observed that among the 12 brigade members who were demobilized is the Director of the Headquarters Press Office, Loukas Krikos, who served for two decades with coherence and flexibility in the communicative part of the Police. He held this position at the request of the respective leadership of the Chamber and, by mutual agreement, successfully handled serious events, at critical moments, maintaining delicate balances on many occasions.
In particular, the Council considered the following General Functions brigade members to be successful, who are promoted to the rank of Lieutenant General out of organic positions and will be demobilized after 30 days:
Konstantinos Iliopoulos, Loukas Krikos, Antonios Sarantidis, Georgios Kalogiros, Adam Paradisano, Theodoros Kerama, Ioannis Katsiamaka (president of the Panhellenic Federation of Police Officers), Vassilios Vrantzas y Palitas, Christos Liampiros E, Eleftis.
THE POSITIONS OF THE LIEUTENANTS GENERAL
By decision of the Chief of the Hellenic Police, Lieutenant General Michael Karamalakis, the following positions were taken from the Lieutenant Generals of the Hellenic Police:
• Kastanis Georgios, in the Security / AEA Branch, where he serves as Chief.
• Sanidas Paraskevas, in the General Directorate of Police of Attica, where he serves as General Director of Police.
• Routzakis Antonios, in the Crete Regional Police Directorate General, where he serves as the Regional Police Director General.
• Mavropoulos Lazaros, in the General Directorate of Police of Thessaloniki, where he serves as Director General of Police.
• Kanellos Georgios, in the General Directorate of Regional Police of Central Greece, where he serves as General Director of Regional Police.
• Tzeferis Petros, in the Attica Security Directorate, where he serves as Director.
• Douvalis Georgios, in the Police Operations Directorate of Thessaloniki, where he serves as Director.
• Kossivakis Elias, in the Internal Affairs Service of the Security Forces, where he serves as Commander.
• Garilas Eleftherios, in the Branch of the Order / AEA, where he serves as Chief.
• Sklavos Spyridonas, in the General Directorate of Police of Attica, where he works, continuing his assignment to the General Secretariat of Anti-Crime Policy / Gen. Directorate of Anti-Crime and Penitentiary Policy / Directorate of Management of Detention Centers of the Ministry of Citizen Protection.
• Spanoudakis Nikolaos, from the Attica Police General Directorate to the General Directorate for the Protection of Official and Vulnerable Targets, as Director General.
• Kondylis Christos, in the Administrative Support and Human Resources Division / AEA, where he serves as Chief.
• Mallios Dimitrios, in the Immigration and Border Protection Service / AEA, where he works as Chief.
• Daskalakis Emmanouil, from the Attica Police Directorate General to the Police Academy, as Commander.
• Douroudous Eleftherios, in the General Directorate of Regional Police of the North Aegean, where he serves as General Director of Regional Police.
• Skartsis Nikolaos, in the Office of the Chief of Staff / AEA, where he works, continuing his assignment to the Management Service of European and Development Programs / Ministry of Citizen Protection.
• Papadopoulos Lambros, from the Directorate of Transfers – Courts of Attica to the General Directorate of Police of Attica.
• Dourvetakis Emmanouil, from the Financial Police Directorate / AEA in the South Aegean Regional Police Directorate General, as Director General of Regional Police.
• Martzaklis Apostolos, in the General Directorate of Regional Police of Western Greece, where he serves as General Director of Regional Police.
• Syritoudis Paschalis, in the General Directorate of Regional Police for Eastern Macedonia and Thrace, where he serves as Director General of Regional Police.
• [ΥΓ] Malevitis Elias, in the Directorate of Health / AEA, where he serves as Director.
• [Ε.Κ.] Miniati Penelope, in the Directorate of Criminological Investigations / AEA, where she works as Director.
The crisis will continue with the crisis of the police directors.
