Coronavirus: At the teleconference conference of infectious disease specialists, the decision was made that Thessaloniki and Achaia enter the “red” areas and on Friday it is expected that new measures will be announced, which will most likely affect not only the co-capital but the whole country.

As long as the cases remain in the four digits and the experts indicate that things can be done and worse, all the measures are on the table. There are many voices among experts who emphasize that we should go to a universal and hard lockdown for at least three weeks.

Mobility is very problematic and that is why there are scenarios for the suspension of the decision to open the gyms that was already taken by a marginal majority (18-12) while in the red zones there is a great discussion both for the click in store and the click away and how they work.

There is also concern about what happens in supermarkets but also about the abuse of code 6 in SMS and physical exercise that is carried out away from home.

As for the traffic ban from 18:00, there are many difficulties to implement in Attica, but it is very likely that it will be implemented on weekends, according to the SKAI bulletin.
