FOR 32 MINUTES I WAS IN ABSOLUTE CONTROL
In the first 32 minutes, Boloni’s players were in full control. A game that suited them well. The absence of Megiado is the most important thing that OFI can have, the trio in the axis of Vafeas, Staikos, Neira, quite poor, could not hold the ball and Simos 3-5-2 helped Panathinaikos to bring the game, as I wanted it.

I wrote for a long time and from one point onwards, it started to seem like it made no sense, that the evolution of Kampetsis would have been completely different, had it not been completely sidelined, from the moment Makeda was acquired.
DECISIONS THAT WANT PERSONALITY
The way he evaluated, George Donis Emmanouilidis, Kampetsi was the main reason, that at one point and then, his work did not fill me up. I never wrote that it failed, but I never believed that the club’s decision to pursue something different in the summer after two years of cooperation between the two parties was catastrophic and completely wrong. Catastrophic, it was the coach’s choice that followed. From the moment Boloni met the team, Panathinaikos begins to win over their own children and not only.
Even Molo, the fact that the Romanian insisted against everyone, that from the stubbornness of the French, he can achieve things, worked beneficially for Panathinaikos and is a personal justification. They are not easy choices, Boloni does not make it obvious, they are decisions that require personality and having eggs to make them. In addition to talent, you have to recognize the value, having been sitting on the bench for years to be able to have the personality to impose something beyond the obvious.
NOT EVERYTHING IS IDEAL
The truth is that not everything worked perfectly in Panathinaikos. We are in an era where the team gets more than it deserves on the field. The first 32 minutes, belonged exclusively to Panathinaikos, the management in the rest of the period was not adequate. The option was to give the OFI possession of the ball and meters, only when they won the ball, they did not hold it calmly and did not attack the field.
Panathinaikos stopped threatening and lost more meters than justified by the way the rival played. In the 87th minute, as I wrote in my preface, the impressive energy of Alexandropoulos arrived, to seal in the best way the 4×4 that Panathinaikos has achieved. It is not easy, Laszlo Boloni did not get a team that would give him the right to run a four-game winning streak, without having Vigiafanes, Kourbelis and the only regular right-back he has at his disposal.
It was he who managed to create something of his own, evaluate his material fairly, from the beginning and correctly, and find new protagonists. Today it seems that times are long past, when Panathinaikos was tormented by a silly argument that actually reduced him to size.
