A kilometer away, beer glasses placed on the ground, with lighted candles inside: this is how the owners of Prague restaurants and pubs chose today to protest against the restrictions against Covid-19, decided by the government.

The chain of glasses stretched between the historic center of the Czech capital and the seat of government. “We are here because we are really desperate and exhausted, physically and mentally,” Giri Janetsek, the organizer of the protest, told AFP.
