Meanwhile, the two people who reported the disappearance of the 38-year-old woman to the Omonia Security Department on October 22 previously testified to the police. The police now focus their investigations on both the delay in reporting her disappearance and the people close to her who have disappeared. Furthermore, testimonies show that the 38-year-old was in Greece for 10 years and worked in a clothing store, however lately she was unemployed.
The body of the unfortunate woman was found by hunters Tuesday night and the Homicide Police managed to identify her by her fingerprints.
According to the forensic examination, which was completed at noon on Thursday, it was initially established that the body belonged to a woman of about 35 years, 1.55 to 1.58 m in height.
The find reduced the number of missing women to five, including the identity of the victim, and shortly after 2 p.m., the victim was identified as a 38-year-old Chinese woman whose disappearance was reported in October. His traces were lost in the center of Athens and that is where the search for the perpetrators of the savage murder begins.
