An order issued by the Rhodes prosecutor removed a 45-year-old foreign father, residing in Rhodes, the custody of his two minor children, namely a 12-year-old boy and an 11-year-old girl.
The reason was that the two minors were left unattended for a long time, with the result that the boy grabbed a knife and managed to hit his sister on the leg for no reason.
The information indicates that the child displays unwarranted anger and a child psychologist has been assigned to assist him.
Her sister was hospitalized for 3 days at Rhodes General Hospital and remains at the Child Care Center for Girls for care.
The father has instructed attorney Mr. Stelios Alexandris to challenge the Prosecutor’s order that he was deprived of custody.
