The Christmas service in the village of Anifi in Argolida became a center for the transmission of coronavirus.
According to ANT1, fifteen residents of the village tested positive for the virus.
The 50-year-old priest from the local parish, who also has underlying illnesses, you are hospitalized in the ICU from Kalamata Hospital.
The priest’s elderly parents are also in the hospital with coronavirus, while four other members of his family were also diagnosed with coronavirus.
After a quick test in the village, eight other residents tested positive.
The follow-up showed that those found positive had attended the Christmas service in the village church.
Disinfections were carried out in the churches, public and public areas of the town, as well as in the home of the sick family.
