An unthinkable tragedy unfolded on Christmas Day in the Philippines when a man killed his two children shortly after his wife committed suicide.
The perpetrator of the heinous murder is Aiko Siancunco, 29, who strangled her 3-year-old daughter, Akira, and her 1-year-old son, Kion.
Earlier, Aiko had found his wife Karina dead, an act that the police are investigating whether it is really suicide or murder.
The tragic crime was revealed when the 29-year-old appeared at the Taguig police station to turn himself in to the police, confessing his actions.
