The deadline for the declaration of suspensions in December expires on December 31, while at the beginning of January the payment of the special purpose compensation of 534 euros is foreseen to the employees of the closed companies as well as to those affected.
It is recalled that employees whose employment contracts have been suspended in the past do not need to make any declaration in the “Ergani” information system except in case they wish to change salaries or IBAN. Also, no declaration is required, even when it is not the same employer suspended the employment contract in December.
Only employees whose employment contract is suspended for the first time in December, must submit a responsible statement “Ergani” after submitting the responsible statement of their employer before December 31st. Within the same time limit, it is possible the presentation of initial declarations and correct repetitions of the suspensions of the employment contracts of its employees.
In the case of an employee, with two or more employers, the special purpose compensation that will be calculated taking into account the total days of your suspension (any usual period of suspension days is counted once and does not add up) and the reference amount is the amount of 534 euros corresponding to 30 days.
