One of the two authors arrested in the Netherlands for the murder of a businessman in Chalkida

One of the two wanted for the murder of Evia Nikos Tsakanikas’ businessman, which had taken place in the early morning of November 12, 2020, at his home in Chalkida, was arrested in the Netherlands on Christmas night.

The detainee is Houran Yousef, 46, originally from Syria, whose photo was published a few days ago by the Hellenic Police, with prior authorization from the prosecutor.

The murder was committed in the early morning of November 12, while the victim’s death occurred by asphyxiation.

The perpetrators entered his house and after killing him, they took away a mobile phone, a watch and jewelry, while during their escape they also took the deceased’s car, which they later abandoned in an area of ​​Chalkida.
