Elisa Tennad, a North Glenora district resident who lost her job due to the pandemic, said she too broke down in tears when opening the file.

The CBC was able to email the mysterious philanthropist and reported that those files had been sent to 400 people in this Alberta town.
«I decided to do it because I know that many people went through a very difficult year and I had the means to help them. I hope these gifts give people the feeling that the world is full of goodness and that a better future is not far away.».
