However, the controls of vehicles and citizens in motion can be carried out by the Municipal Police and the Port Authorities. The fine for unnecessary trips outside the prefecture is 300 euros.
Moving out of county for Christmas: the 6 exceptions
However, during the Christmas and New Years period there will be some cases where movement outside the prefecture will be allowed.
The 6 exceptions to travel outside of the prefecture are as follows:
- Moving out of county by job – Must be certified with a written certificate from the employer (return with proof of primary residence)
- Moving out of county by health reasons -Deferring the corresponding medical certificate to the police
- Moving out of county by ceremony (for example, funeral of a first or second degree relative) – Certified by a written statement from the citizen
- Moving out of county by communication of parents with children -It relates to divorced or separated parents
- Traveling outside of the prefecture to go to the place. permanent residence (with the certificate of residence for special use of AADE or with E1)
- Moving out of county by students (with proof of proof of main address and school document, to return it)
